At Hi Vis Safety, we stand by the quality of our high-visibility apparel and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all high-visibility strips and reflective materials are protected and tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned safety gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
